Reusable overnight pads can be washed in 3 steps:

First, rinse them in cold water until there is no blood left. Use a neutral soap if there are any stains.

Then, wash them by hand or in the washing machine. 

Finally, let them dry. If it's under the sun, that'd be much better.

Do not dry cloth pads or use fabric softeners or bleach. This would affect its proper functioning, shortening its life.
