How to wash
Wash the period panties in 3 simple steps:
1. Rinse the menstrual panty in cold water until no more blood comes out. If there are any stains, you can use a neutral soap.
2. Put them in the washing machine with the rest of your clothes on a delicate cycle.
3. Let them air dry if possible.
Tip: Do not dry the pad underwear in the dryer or use fabric softeners or bleach. This will affect their proper functioning, decreasing its lifespan.

Estava muito entusiasmada por experimentar estas cuecas. Confirmo que o tamanho corresponde à descrição (S no meu caso) e que o tecido é confortável. No entanto a localização da camada protetora não é proporcional, tem demasiado tecido de proteção atrás, quase até ao cimo, totalmente desnecessário e a causar desconforto e calor, enquanto que à frente é demasiado curto. Sinto-me desprotegida na parte frontal, com pouca proteção. Para mim, o tecido de proteção não funciona neste posicionamento. Valor elevado para ter ficado desiludida com o produto :( espero que seja uma crítica construtiva para futuros produtos.
