Processing time:
All orders are stocked and shipped from our warehouse in Valencia, Spain.
The average order processing time is 1 business day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
When you receive your order confirmation you will be informed of the approximate delivery date.
In the event that your product is not in stock but it is anticipated that we will have it soon, we will inform you of such circumstance and if you proceed with the purchase the delivery date may vary attending to this circumstance.

Express Portugal: 24/48h for delivery.
Express Italy: 1-3 business days for delivery.
Express Europe: 2 - 6 business days for delivery.
Express USA & Canada: 5 - 10 business days for delivery.
Express Rest of the World: 6 - 12 business days for delivery.
We cannot guarantee delivery times but we will do our best to ensure that the shipping companies meet these deadlines.
