Processing time:

All orders are stocked and shipped from our warehouse in Valencia, Spain.

The average order processing time is 1 business day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

When you receive your order confirmation you will be informed of the approximate delivery date.

In the event that your product is not in stock but it is anticipated that we will have it soon, we will inform you of such circumstance and if you proceed with the purchase the delivery date may vary attending to this circumstance.

 

Delivery:

We have different shipping options depending on the country of destination: 

Express Portugal: 24/48h for delivery.

Express Italy: 1-3 business days for delivery. 

Express Europe: 2 - 6 business days for delivery. 

Express USA & Canada: 5 - 10 business days for delivery.

Express Rest of the World: 6 - 12 business days for delivery.  

We cannot guarantee delivery times but we will do our best to ensure that the shipping companies meet these deadlines.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

The delivery times indicated are estimates only and may be affected during periods of high demand, promotional campaigns, holiday seasons, or other exceptional circumstances beyond our control.

While we work with trusted shipping carriers, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of delivery delays.
