How to wash
Wash your period cup in 3 simple steps:
1. Fill the sanitizing cup with water and warm it in the microwave until it boils. Then put the menstrual cup inside and wait until it cools down.
2. After boiling, wait for it to cool in the sanitizing cup. Once cool, remove the menstrual cup from the water and allow it to air dry.
3. After sterilizing and drying the cup, store it in the cotton bag or in a clean, dry place.
