    label_1EcoPads

We recommend you wash your EcoPads before you start using them. This way, you will ensure that they start performing to the best of their abilities from day one.

Rinse or soak in cold water during 30 minutes before either hand washing or using a washing machine at a maximum temperature of 40º C.

Stretch your wet EcoPad to prevent shrinkage and air dry it for best results. Tumble drying on low heat is a good option as well.

There are three different day sizes. "S" for light flows, "M" for medium flows and "L" for heavy flows.

If you have a super heavy flow or need extra protection for the night, we have a "Night Pad" that guarantees up to 12 hours of full protection.

EcoPads are made with sustainable Bamboo Charcoal which is known for neutralizing odours.

We suggest a minimum of 6 pads to change, wash and dry. Most women have an average of 12-18 pads. There are a few factors that influence the number of pads needed such as the intensity of your flow and how often you wash and dry your pads.

The plain uni-colored (black or white) fabric faces you and the patterned leakproof side faces your underwear.

EcoPads have wings which fold around your underwear and are clipped together to ensure that the pad stays in place.

EcoPads can last up to 5-8 hours, depending on your flow. However, every woman is different and you will easily learn when it's time to change your pad once you start using them.

No, the back of the pad (the patterned one) is made with leakproof PUL. However, just like any other pad, you will need to change after several hours to avoid unpleasant surprises according to your flow.

You can carry your EcoPads on the Free Eco Bag that is included with all of our Packs. It is great to store clean pads and to keep the used ones when away from home.

The first layer that comes in contact with the skin is made of hypoallergenic and ecological bamboo fabric, perfect for sensitive skin. It keeps you fresh and neutralizes odors.

The inside of the pads is made of superabsorbent microfiber. These fiber is made of 70% bamboo fiber and 30% cotton. The 2 layers of super absorbent bamboo microfiber make it up to 3 times more absorbent than a disposable pad.

Finally, the bottom is a waterproof and breathable 100% polyester synthetic fabric to prevent leakage even during heavy flow days.

All EcoPads components (inner fabric, bottom fabric, snap buttons, etc.) are SGS certified. These certifications guarantee the absence of undesirable substances for health and skin (formaldehyde, heavy metals, chlorinated phenols, pesticides, phthalates, organotins, chlorinated benzene and toluene, carcinogenic or allergenic dyes, etc.).

To ensure that no stains remain, it's ideal to pre-wash and let your pads dry in the sun, as it makes them dry naturally, has antimicrobial properties and whitens.

If the stain is still not removed, you can try putting a few drops of hydrogen peroxide directly on it and let it dry in the sun without rinsing.

This is a tip as an eventual bleaching technique, not said to clean your cloth pads as a protocol or as a regular wash. Hydrogen peroxide is very abrasive and should only be used occasionally to ensure that the fabric does not deteriorate.

In any case, if the stain is not completely removed, it is not a problem. It does not mean that it is dirty. And you are the only one who is going to use it!

    labelEcoPanties

Although their appearance is the same as a normal panty, the difference lies in the special fabric they are made of, as this allows the absorption of menstrual flow without being transferred to your clothes.

In addition, they are antibacterial to avoid odors and keep you dry.
The best thing is that they can be washed after each use, so you can reuse them.

Wash them before the first use with cold water (preferably in the washing machine). This helps to improve their absorbency.

After each use: First rinse or soak them in cold water. You can wash them by hand or in the washing machine. It is very important to wash them in cold water, without softener, without Marseille soaps and without bleach. Never dry clean them. The sun is the healthiest way to dry them!

Follow the size guide provided on each of the product pages.

They absorb up to 3 times worth of disposable pads.

It depends on each style and your menstrual cycle or flow. Only you can find out exactly how long they will last ¡for your specific case. But they can last up to 8 hours.

Not at all, unlike disposable pads, EcoPanties are free of chemicals, so you will not notice the odor that is produced by mixing blood with the chemicals in disposable pads.

It will depend on your use and your cycle, but as a guideline we recommend you have at least 3 or 4 to change during your cycle. To have a full EcoPanty cycle, we suggest around 10-14 EcoPanties.

EcoPanties have the same lifespan as regular panties. Their average lifespan is 3 to 5 years, depending on use and care. There are customers who wear them all the time, whether for urinary incontinence, vaginal discharge or just for menstruation. Therefore, depending on the use, like any other garment, will depend on its useful life.

Not at all, the top layer of thin cotton allows blood to drain and be absorbed and stored in the next layer. This way the vulva is not in contact with the blood and the cotton layer stays soft and dry.

No, EcoPanties are designed to completely replace disposable tampons and pads. However, if you have a very heavy flow or feel more comfortable, you can use them as a complement to a cup or tampon.

Normally EcoPanties are not designed to be used in the water. However, several customers have reported using them in the sea or lake without any problem. We advise against using them in the swimming pool.

Yes, many customers have tried them and have received positive comments about it. We recommend trying them first and, once you feel comfortable, try your favorite sporting activity with them.

Yes, they can be used urinary incontinence.

Exactly, EcoPanties can be used for menstruation, light urinary incontinence and postpartum.

Yes, the back absorbent area extends to the top of the buttocks (up to the end of EcoPanties) and the front covers the entire pubic area.
