EcoPads and EcoPantyliners
Soak them in cold water for about 30 minutes to remove blood. Then you can wash them by hand or in the washing machine at a maximum temperature of 40 ºC.
Once washed, stretch the EcoPad or EcoPantyliner well. Afterwards, we recommend hanging it out to dry in the open air. Putting it in the dryer may cause it to shrink and lose its absorbent properties.
There are three different sizes:
The panty liner, which is for your light flow days or to combine with the cup or other menstrual product.
The day pad, which is perfect for your normal flow days.
The night pad, which is ideal for your heavy flow days or to hold your flow during the night (hence its name).
If you have a heavy flow or want extra protection for the whole night, the "Night Pad" is perfect for you because it guarantees up to 12 hours of complete protection.
EcoPads and EcoPantyliners are made of organic cotton, whose properties are known to neutralize odor. The odor of disposable sanitary napkins is caused by the combination of blood and the chemical components added to them. With EcoPads and EcoPantyliners, this will not be a problem.
We recommend having a minimum of about 6 EcoPads or EcoPantyliners to use, wash and dry. There are some factors that influence the exact number, such as the intensity of your flow and how often you wash.
Most women who use only EcoPads or EcoPantyliners during their menses have an average of 12-18. If this is your first time using them, we recommend that you try them out and build up your collection little by little.
The organic cotton fabric part faces you, and the print part (logo and drops) faces the panty.
The wings of the EcoPads and EcoPantyliners fold around your panty and fasten thanks to the small button. This way the EcoPads and EcoPantyliners stay in place and do not move.
EcoPads can last between 5 and 8 hours, depending on the intensity of your flow. The same goes for EcoPantyliners. However, every woman is different and as you use them you will see when it is the perfect time to change them.
No, the penultimate layer of the EcoPads and EcoPantyliners (the one before the one with the logo and drops) is made of waterproof PUL which prevents leakage. However, after a few hours you should change the pad to avoid surprises.
The outer layer is made of 95% cotton and 5% lycra.
The inner layer is 100% polyester.
It also has a waterproof PUL layer, to avoid any kind of leakage.
The inner layer, in more detail; 5 layers of natural and technical fabrics:
The breathable top layer is antibacterial and odor neutralizing. Perfect for sensitive skin.
DryFit technology layer wicks away moisture and keeps you dry.
Super absorbent layer absorbs 10 times its weight in 3 seconds and distributes the flow evenly throughout the pad.
PUL waterproof layer to prevent leakage even during heavy flow days.
Super soft cotton layer coats the pad for a unique feel.
All components of the EcoPads and EcoPantyliners (inner fabric, bottom fabric, snap buttons, etc.) are certified by the OEKO-TEX Standard 100, which verifies that there are no harmful substances in textiles or in the manufacturing stages of a product.
In addition, our products are certified to the Global Recycled Standard (GRS). This guarantees that they are composed of at least 20% recycled material.
Wash them before the first use with cold water (preferably in the washing machine). This helps to improve their absorbency.
After each use: First rinse them in cold water until the water stops running.
Then soak them in a basin of cold water (and optionally salt and/or vinegar).
You can wash them by hand or in the washing machine. It is very important to wash them in cold water with neutral soaps, no fabric softener, no Marseille soaps and no bleach. Never dry clean them. The sun is the healthiest way to dry them!
Follow the sizing guide provided on each of the product pages.

EcoPanties have the same lifespan as regular panties. Their average lifespan is 3 to 5 years, depending on use and care. The effectiveness will be the same, but the wear and tear of the fabric will be noticeable over time. There are clients who wear them all the time, whether for urinary incontinence, vaginal discharge or just for menstruation. Therefore, depending on the use, like any other garment, will depend on its useful life.
Not at all, the top layer of thin cotton allows blood to drain and be absorbed and stored in the next layer. This way the vulva is not in contact with the blood and the cotton layer stays soft and dry.
