How long can I wear period panties for?
Each person's flow is different, so depending on your specific flow, you'll be able to wear them for longer or shorter. For some people this means wearing them all day and for others it means carrying an extra pair as a backup.

How long do they last before I need to replace them?
Your period panties can last up to 5 years if you take good care of them. Wash them on a delicate cycle, never use bleach or fabric softener, and hang dry them.

Can I sleep with my period panties?
Yes, period panties are safe and super comfy to sleep in. They are made with extra protection in the front and back to prevent any leaks or stains during the night.

How often should I change my reusable pad?
EcoPads can last up to 5-8 hours, depending on your flow. However, every woman is different and you will easily learn when it's time to change your pad once you start using them.

How do I know what size I need?
There are three different day sizes. "S" for light flows, "M" for medium flows and "L" for heavy flows.

How many pads do I need?
We suggest a minimum of 6 pads to change, wash and dry. Most women have an average of 12-18 pads. There are a few factors that influence the number of pads needed such as the intensity of your flow and how often you wash and dry your pads.

Will I have leaks with my reusable pads?
No, the back of the pad (the patterned one) is made with leakproof PUL. However, just like any other pad, you will need to change after several hours to avoid unpleasant surprises according to your flow.
