Does the swimsuit swell when it comes into contact with water?

Will the blood leak out of the swimsuit into the pool or the sea?

Both the seams and the waterproof layer prevent blood from leaking out of the menstrual swimsuit. You won't have to worry, because even if water gets into the swimsuit or you move around, the blood won't leak into the water—the absorbent layer will take care of it.
