Our First Purchase Guarantee
We want you to try our menstrual panties and bikinis with confidence.
If this is your first purchase and, after trying one of the garments during your menstrual cycle, you feel it is not the right solution for you, you may request a refund for one used item from your order.
This guarantee is limited to:

Your first order placed through our store.

One garment per customer.
-
Requests submitted within 30 days of receiving the order.
If You Purchase a Bundle or Multipack
If you purchase multiple garments or a bundle, we recommend trying just one item before using the rest.
The First Purchase Guarantee covers only one used garment. Any remaining items may only be returned if they have not been worn, washed, and still have their original tags attached.
Example: If you purchase a pack of 5 menstrual panties and try 1 during your cycle, you may request a refund for that first item if it does not meet your expectations. The other 4 items may be returned only if they remain unused, unwashed, and with their original tags attached.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Finding the perfect fit is important. That's why we offer one free size exchange.
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

Be unused.

Be unwashed.
-
Have all original tags and packaging.
-
Be in perfect condition.
If the product meets these requirements, we will process the exchange as quickly as possible.
The first size exchange is free of charge. If you need a second exchange after receiving your replacement size, a fee equivalent to the shipping cost will apply.

Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Items may be returned if they:

Have not been worn.

Have not been washed.
-
Retain their original tags.
-
Are in perfect condition and suitable for resale.
Once the returned items have been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue the corresponding refund.
Returns will not be accepted for orders that have already had a size or product exchange processed.

How to Request an Exchange or Return

Select the item(s) you wish to exchange or return.

Once we receive your request, we will guide you through the entire process.
Special Conditions for Intimate Products
Menstrual underwear is considered an intimate product.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot resell products that have been used.
Therefore, we cannot accept returns of products that:

Have been worn.
-
Have been washed.
-
Show stains, odors, or signs of use.
-
Have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess size and fit.
We recommend trying on the garment over your regular underwear to check the fit before use.
Defective Products or Order Errors
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will cover all associated costs and work to provide the fastest possible solution.
To help speed up the process, we may request photographs of the issue.
Refunds
Once we receive and approve the returned items:

We will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

You will receive a confirmation email.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take between 5 and 10 business days to appear in your account.
Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The applicable amount will be clearly displayed during the return process before you confirm your request.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Products used outside the scope of the First Purchase Guarantee.

Washed products.
-
Gift cards.
-
Products clearly marked as final sale or clearance items.

Products that do not comply with the hygiene requirements described above.
