How long can I wear a reusable pad?

It depends on your flow. Generally, you can wear it for 4 to 8 hours. If you have a heavier flow, you may need to change it sooner. Our advice: try it on a day when you're at home to see how long it works for you.

Are they as absorbent as disposable pads?

Yes, and in many cases even better! Our reusable pads are made from super-absorbent, breathable technical fabrics and can hold the equivalent of several conventional pads, without odors or dampness.

How do you wash reusable pads?

Very easy. First, rinse them with cold water immediately after use. Then you can put them in the washing machine with the rest of your clothes (without fabric softener). Let them air dry and they'll be ready to use again.

Are reusable pads comfortable to wear?

Yes, very much so. They're thin, soft, stay in place thanks to their wings with snaps, and don't have that typical plastic feel of disposables. Once you get used to them, you won't want to go back!

How many reusable pads do I need?

It depends on how many days your period lasts, how heavy your flow is, and whether you'll also use them at night. To start with, we recommend having at least 4 or 5 pads so you can change them comfortably and without stress between washes.
