How long can I wear menstrual panties?

This will depend on the heaviness of your flow. For some people, this may be almost all day, while others may need to use an extra pair. We recommend trying them out at home first so you can see how they work for you. In general, you can wear them for up to 8 hours without any problems.

How do I know when to change my period panties?
