1. Once you receive your order, wash and try one reusable pad.

2. If you ordered a pack, only wash and try one pad, because if you use more than one you will not be able to return the rest of the pack.

3. If you are not satisfied, don't worry. Return the unused items of your order and we will give you a full refund.

We have different shipping options: 

Express Europe: 2-6 days for delivery. 

Express USA & Canada: 4-8 days for delivery.

Express Rest of the World: 6-12 days for delivery.

Reusable pads can be washed in 3 simple steps: 

1. Rinse in cold water until there is no blood left. If there are any stains, use a neutral soap.

2. Wash them in the washing machine or by hand. 

3. Let them air dry. If it can be under the sun, much better.

Do not dry reusable sanitary pads in the dryer or use fabric softener or bleach. This will reduce their lifespan.
