If you are new to the world of Öko-Pads, you may find the initial start a little complicated. Not surprisingly, many of us grew up with disposable pads. That's why the transition from plastic pads to Stoff-Pads can be a little difficult.

One of the most frequent doubts at the moment of starting to use this type of pad is to know exactly how many eco pads we will need during the menstrual cycle

However, there is no exact answer. Every woman has different flows and different needs, so the amount may vary. But if you are interested in knowing a little more, you can join me in the following post.

How many eco pads do I need in my menstrual cycle

As mentioned above, the exact amount of wiederverwendbare Pads will depend largely on the type of flow and the frequency with which you change or wash your garments. But if you are new to this world, the following guide will be very useful to give you an idea of how to get started.

 Pay close attention!

How many eco pads do I need for my menstrual cycle?

  • For light flows:

For light menstrual cycles lasting no more than 3-4 days. A collection of ecological pads, normal reusable menstrual pads could be of great help to you.

A total of 12 to 16 pads should be enough to cover your entire cycle. Use panty liners for the last few days of your period, regular reusable pads for the day, and larger pads for the night.

  • For prolonged flow:

If your flow is light and lasts 4-6 days. A kit of 16 to 24 eco pads would be more than enough. You can combine panty liners for the first and last day, regular light bleeding wiederverwendbare Pads for the day, and heavy bleeding eco pads for the night, as there will be more time between changes.

  • For a moderate flow:

If you have a medium flow that lasts between 4 to 6 days you can prepare your kit with approximately 20 to 30 eco pads. Combine this collection with panty liners for when spotting starts, normal flow pads for daytime, and heavy flow pads for nighttime.

  • For heavy flow:

In case your flow is much more abundant and prolonged with a duration of 4 to 6 days. A kit of 24 to 32 pads would be ideal. You can also combine it with panty liners for the last day spotting and regular and night Öko-Pads

The beginning will be a bit complicated.

You don't have to feel overwhelmed when you start using Öko-Pads. You don't need to have the number of pads mentioned above all at once. You can build up your reusable pad kit little by little. If you wish, you can also combine them with menstrual panties, these will be very helpful.

At first, cloth pads will cost you much more than a pack of disposable pads, but keep in mind that they will last much longer - that's a total of 10 years!

Hello everyone, I am from Wembley, Britain. I want to write this testimony to tell others and thank Dr. Odunga for what he has done for me. The first 12 years of my marriage I had 5 miscarriages and I was called all sorts of names by my mother-in-law and this made my marriage life very hectic and a burden of sorrow. I contacted Dr. Odunga for help and I will say that he is a very strong and honest man and he indeed helped me solve my problem. I saw his email in a testimony and I contacted him, little did I know it would be the end of all my problems. After 2 days of contact, I received a fertility herb and he told me to use it. The herb worked and my husband even loved me more and bought me expensive things. One afternoon, I went to a nearby hospital and came back home with the positive result of my pregnancy and after 9 months I gave birth to a baby boy. Ever since I contacted Dr. Odunga, my story has been different. I have 3 children at present and I am very happy in my marriage. Please, contact him at odungaspelltemple@gmail.com OR Whats App him +2348167159012 to help you too

I combine things. I have pantyliners when it starts. A small cup the first and last day in addition to the panty liner. A bigger cup day 2 to 4 with ecopanties. And a cup, ecopantien and ecopads during the night. A big night ecopad night 2 and 3. Since I’ve had that, I slept better when I’ve had my period than ever before during that time. Haven’t leaked on my bedding anymore.
I’ve got 9 ecopanties and 12 ecopads. And those cups. That’s enough for me.

I always carry an ecopad with me, because you never know.
