How to wash cloth night pads
The night pads are easily washed in 3 simple steps:
- Rinse them in cold water until there is no blood left. If there are any stains, you can use a neutral soap.
- Wash them by hand or put them in the washing machine (max 40ºC) with the rest of your reusable pads and clothes for a thorough wash.
- Finally, let them air dry. If it is in the sun, much better.
Do not dry the night pads, nor use fabric softeners or bleach. This would affect the proper functioning of these, shortening its life span.
