    Pleasantly surprised

I purchased a full pack (2l 2m 2s) a few months ago and I've been using these pads ever since. For me, they've been a massive upgrade. I suffer from vulvodynia, chronic pain in the vulva and vestibule, which has made being on my period just a little bit hellish. Tampons are very uncomfortable for me to use because of just how much moisture they absorb (dryness leads to irritation), single-use pads tend to be uncomfortably damp (general discomfort and some irritation), and menstrual cups are too painful for me to insert. My experience with these reusable pads has been that they work just as well as tampons and frankly better than most single-use pads or even menstrual cups. For the first few nights I paired the biggest pads with two sets of underwear just in case I shifted around, but even after I stopped that I haven't experienced any leaking. The small ones can sometimes move around a bit if you're walking around all day, but it's easy enough to nip into a public bathroom to adjust them if necessary. The little drybags are also a marvel. I love how well the pads fold up, they barely take up any space in my backpack.

Reusable pads aren't enough to make being on my period a comfortable experience, but they do help reduce unnecessary discomfort and I'm exceedingly grateful for that. I did purchase a second full pack recently and I would recommend getting two full packs if you have a heavy flow. I'm personally a bit nervous about washing my pads with other clothes and when I only had the one set I ran out before the week was through. The white inner lining also doesn't look quite as pristine as it once after two rounds of blood and washing, but that's to be expected and it's not as if its job is to look pretty in the first place.

    The Best!

My sister got me a starter pack, and I am happy to say I've never looked back, and even bought myself two more sets so I will be fully stocked for years to come. It is a change of habits, in terms of more rinsing and drying, but it is so worth it in terms of limiting the messiness from disposable products, protecting my undergarments, and 100% less waste! My favorite part. Now that the world is opening up again, I feel confident that I can still be ass "on-the-go" as I was, with these reusables, and can avoid creating more trash in the world.

    Wonderful

I've ordered from The Eco Woman twice and am in love! I was worried the pads wouldn't be as absorbent as the disposable kind, but they're excellent! I'm helping the environment by cutting down on waste each month, and saving money in the long run. Washing cloth pads does take a little getting used to, but I don't mind and feel good being able to help Mother Nature. :)

    Good but not Great?

I am not sure if I would purchase more? I’ve used these for 2 cycles now and I feel like the pads slide all over the place, maybe like they need another snap? They wash really well and I have not experienced a leakage problem. I do like them but they were a lot of money for not being 100% satisfied. I definitely would recommend the different size variety pack. I like the wet bag too. I have not experienced any chaffing or anything like that. I do feel like they show a light bulge in my jeans or tight work pants so I wear a longer shirt. I do feel good about using them! Just not completely convinced. The sliding forward and backward or even upside down when I pull my under wear down to pee has me skeptical.
