How to wash bamboo reusable pads
Reusable pads are easily washed in 3 simple steps:
- Firstly, rinse in cold water until there is no blood left. If there are any stains, you can use a neutral soap.
- Secondly, wash them by hanf or in the washing machine (Max. 40ºC).
- Finally, let them air dry. If it can be under the sun, much better.
Do not dry bamboo pads in the dryer or use fabric softener or bleach. This will reduce their lifespan.

The Eco Woman cloth pad lasts approx. 2 to 5 years, always depending on the care you take both in use and washing.
EcoPads are a delicate product, however, the absorption capacity will be maintained as long as the washing instructions are followed.
How many ecological pads will I need?
It will depend on your menstrual flow. How often you need to change them and how many days your menstrual cycle lasts are great indicators of the amount you will need. However, we recommend buying a 6-pack of cloth pads to fill your entire cycle.
