How do cloth menstrual pads work?
All cloth pads are handmade. With 4 layers of natural and technical fabrics that guarantee maximum comfort, fast absorption and zero leakage.

Size of reusable cloth pads
To select your ideal pad, check that both the size and absorbency suit your characteristics:
- Size S is perfect for light flows and serves as a panty liner.
- Size M is ideal if you have a normal flow that is not too heavy.
- Size L is for women whose flow is heavy and need extra absorbency.
How to wash cloth pads
The eco-friendly cloth pads are easily washed in 3 simple steps:
- First, soak them in cold water until there is no blood left. If there are any stains, you can remove them with a neutral soap.
- Then, wash them by hand or in the washing machine (max. temp. 40ºC) with the rest of your bamboo cloth pads and clothes for a thorough wash.
- Finally, let them air dry, if possible in the sun.
Never dry reusable pads in the dryer or use fabric softeners or bleach. This will affect its proper functioning and decrease its lifetime span.

How long does a bamboo cloth pad from The Eco Woman last?
The Eco Woman eco-friendly cloth pads last approximately 2 to 5 years, depending on how well they are used and how well they are washed.
Bamboo cloth pads are a delicate product, however, the absorbency will be maintained as long as the washing instructions are followed.
How many EcoPads will I need?
It will always depend on your menstrual flow to know how often you need to change them and how many days your menstrual cycle lasts. However, we recommend buying a 6-pack of bamboo cloth pads to fill your entire cycle and it is cheaper than any other option.
Is it possible to stay long hours with the ecological cloth pads on?
Exactly, with EcoPads you will be safe for many hours. However, the moment you notice that the place is wet, it is the signal to change the pad.

These pad are made very well. I purchased mine about three years ago. I’m in the intermountain region of the United States and these were shipped to me no problem. I soak them and machine wash them then air dry them. The snaps are working just as well as the first time I used them. There are no loose threads and no fraying. They’re soft, comfortable, & absorbent. In the long run saved me so much money buying disposable pads. I sometimes use fashion tape to adhere to my underwear depending on the fabric of my underwear. But I would recommend this product.

I bought these pads years ago and have literally nothing bad to say about them. They're more comfortable, more absorbent, and more convenient than disposable pads. These are also better than other reusable pads because they stay in place and they don't have any velcro that would rub against your thigh.
If you're debating buying these and not sure how you would clean them: I rinse them off in the shower and let them drip dry before putting them in my laundry basket. Then I wash in the washing machine and leave them out to air dry (putting them in the dryer can shorten their lifespan).
I'm totally surprised by how comfortable and good these eco pads are! I was a bit unsure when ordering as it was my first time ever using true reusable products, but I don't regret anything!
The pads came with a beautiful bag (add-on) and I got an extra 3 pads for free! Moreover, the light flow pads are actually pretty absorbent, which is great.
Tip: If you are worried about the smell, I suggest changing your pads every 2-4 hours depending on your flow as the dry blood can leave a bad odor. 5/5 !
There's nothing to say that anyone else hasn't said by now, I'm just so excited to start using them!!!! I got the ones with pink flowers and oh my god are they cute💕
And to be really honest, just for other people like me, I'm someone who doesn't shave, so many times the adhesive wings from disposable pads would stick to my pubes and hurt... I've tested wearing one of the pads real quick and I barely feel I'm wearing it :')
